Every ten meters we are faced with another stunning glimpse and I persist in taking pictures although I am fully aware that there is no way to trap so much beauty in a frame and for a moment Dubrovnik really looks like a pearl glittering on the shore of the blue Adriatic Sea.

Montenegro

We rent a car and start our road trip along the Montenegrin coast. Our first stop is Stari Bar, a medieval town located a couple of kilometers inland from the modern city of Bar. The citadel, encircled by battered walls, lies atop a hill at the foot of Mt. Rumija.

Strolling around Pristina turns out to be quite enjoyable. In the area around our hotel dozens of embassies and international organizations and institutions have their headquarters. Later on we arrive in Prizren, Kosovo’s second largest and most charming city.

Andalusia Spain

Not even a cloud in sight in any direction. A dazzling light wraps up everything. It’s 3 pm and there it is 35° C. It could be worse. I am in Granada, south Spain, with my friend Lorenzo. We wait for the midday heat to pass before venturing to the city center.
