Blazing for Science and Adventure
ByCongratulations to the Adventure Science team, who recently tackled an arduous non-stop relay across the Niagara Escarpment UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. Two teams and 20 racers raced 894 kilometres from Tobermory to Niagara while testing the mental and physical impact on the racers en route. The record-breaking run took 3 days, 23 hours and 10 minutes, and raised money and awareness for Muscular Dystrophy Canada as well as United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation.
